Privacy Notice

Casa de Máquinas [POR CONFIRMAR: legal entity name], with registered address in Yucatán, México [POR CONFIRMAR], is responsible for the personal data you provide when reserving a place at our gatherings, under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we collect

Name, email, phone and Instagram handle of the primary guest, and the names of additional guests. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment provider and never touches our servers.

Purposes

To manage your reservation, control venue capacity, send the confirmation email with the exact location and directions, and, only if you opt in, send occasional news.

Cookies and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to count visits and understand how the site is used. This sets cookies in your browser. We have turned off Google’s advertising features, so Google does not use the data to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell it.

We advertise our gatherings on Facebook and Instagram, and use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure which ads lead to a reservation. When you complete a reservation we send Meta the amount and currency paid, together with your email and phone in encrypted (hashed) form so it can match the purchase to an ad; Meta may use this to measure and improve the delivery of our ads. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Reservation pages are excluded from session replay, and the reference of a reservation is never sent to any of these services. You can opt out at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s official opt-out add-on, and the site works exactly the same without them.
